One frontend standard across two brands

A global 24/7 gym franchise. I led its migration from legacy WordPress to Webflow, working directly with the engineering team of a sister brand so both build on the same components.

What I did

• Led the migration from WordPress to Webflow
• Built and shared React component libraries with the sister brand
• Reduced duplication and enforced a consistent frontend standard across both brands
• Helped onboard the account, a team that adopted our ways of working from day one
